Shipping Locations

As standard, shipping is available to UK customers only.

If you wish to make an order from outside of the UK, please email us at detailing which item(s) you are looking to purchase and where you would like them to be shipped, and we will do our best to explore international shipping options. 



Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on UK orders over £150.

For orders under £150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the items in your basket, inclusive of the packaging.

0-20kg: £4.95

20-25kg: £7.95



Costs / Lead Times


We endeavour to have your purchases processed within 24 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends.

Once processed, delivery lead times are typically 2-4 business days.



Incorrect / incomplete delivery addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, you must contact us immediately. Once an order is fully processed and shipped, we are unable to refund if it delivered to an incorrect address and lost.

If your order is returned to us, we can attempt to redeliver to a correct address with an additional shipping fee.



Unclaimed Items

Orders returned to us marked as 'unclaimed' by the postal service can be shipped again with an additional shipping fee.



What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by each of our couriers, meaning we can only provide estimated lead times and not guarantees. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it's likely there has been a delay in transit.

Please check for delivery update emails containing tracking information (courier dependent) to understand a parcel's location in the first instance. Double check your spam folder if delivery update emails aren't present in your inbox.
