Shipping Locations

As standard, shipping is available to UK customers only.

If you would like to place an order from outside the UK, please email info@zoolane.co.uk with the item or items you are interested in and the delivery country. We will do our best to explore international shipping options before you order.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on UK orders over £150.

For orders under £150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the items in your basket, including packaging.

  • 0-20kg: £4.95
  • 20-25kg: £7.95

Lead Times

Archival Homeware orders are usually processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2-4 business days.

Limited edition prints and artwork have a longer fulfilment timeline than homeware. Please allow around 5-7 business days for artwork orders to be dispatched, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

If your order contains both artwork and homeware, items may be dispatched separately or according to the longer artwork timeline.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may be unable to refund an order that is delivered to an incorrect address and lost.

If your order is returned to us, we can attempt to redeliver it to the correct address. An additional shipping fee may apply.

Unclaimed Items

Orders returned to us as unclaimed by the postal service can be shipped again with an additional shipping fee.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

All delivery estimates are based on information supplied by our couriers and delivery partners, so we can provide estimated lead times rather than guarantees.

Please check delivery update emails containing tracking information, where tracking is available. If delivery update emails are not present in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you feel your order is significantly delayed and tracking is not providing useful updates, please contact info@zoolane.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue.
